COCKTAIL RECIPIES

EAST SIDE SOUR

1 egg white
lavender bitters
1 oz hibiscus syrup
1 oz lemon juice
2 oz Giant 80

Suggested Glass: COUPE.

Garnish: Flower/Lavender

Steps: Build In a shaker tin add egg white, bitters, syrup, lemon juice and Giant 80 w/OUT ice and shake about 2 minutes. Then fill with ice, shake until your arm is about to fall off, shake some more, strain into the glass and garnish. (Egg white should create a frothy foam and fill coupe to the top.)

WHISKEY ME AWAY

.75 oz Rosemary Honey Syrup
1 oz Peach Shrub
1 oz Lemon Juice
1.5 oz Hickory Hill 3 yr

Suggested Glass: Collins

Garnish: rosemary/ dried lemon wheel

Steps: In a Shaker tin add Syrup, Shrub, Lemon Juice Hickory Hill 3 year and ice. Shake and strain into glass, add fresh ice and Garnish

CLINTON DRIVE

2 oz Cappio Cold brew
1 oz Rose/Sage Syrup
2 oz Hickory Hill Rye

Suggested Glass: Coupe

Garnish: Sage leaf and dried rose petals

Steps: In a mixing glass add Cold Brew, Syrup, Hickory Hill Rye and ice. Stir anout 15-20 times. Strain into chilled Coupe Glass and garnish.
